On June 20, 2025, the County Administration Building hosted the third annual Juneteenth Flag Raising Ceremony.
At 8 a.m. this morning, community members, local leaders, and artists came together in a powerful celebration of Black freedom, culture, and unity. The event honored six remarkable leaders for their unwavering dedication to uplifting the Black community—recognizing their work to advance equity, support Black-owned businesses, and expand access to vital resources.
